PRIVACY NOTICE.

Under the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”), your personal data may be processed, within the scope described below, by Stand Dekorasyon Reklam ve Mimarlık Hizmetleri A.Ş. (EKOL Fuarcılık) as the data controller.

The information you send us through the contact and quotation forms on the website, by email, by phone and via WhatsApp may be processed:

• Identity and contact information: first name, surname, email address, phone number.
• Company and request information: company name, fair name and city, date, stand area, budget range, request note.
• Files you upload: designs, drawings and images.
• Your consent to the privacy notice in the form and the time of submission.
• Transaction security information: IP address, browser and device information (server logs).

• To respond to your requests and quotations, prepare quotations and carry out pre-contract processes,
• To communicate with you during the project,
• To fulfil our legal obligations,
• To keep the website secure and improve service quality.

Your personal data may be processed on the following grounds in Article 5, paragraph 2 of the KVKK: it being directly related to the formation or performance of a contract, fulfilment of a legal obligation, and legitimate interest provided that it does not harm the data subject’s fundamental rights and freedoms. For processing other than these, your explicit consent is obtained separately.

Your personal data may be transferred, limited to the purposes above, to the service providers that supply hosting and email infrastructure, to the business partners needed to carry out the project, and, on a lawful request, to authorized public bodies and institutions.

Our service providers: Google Ireland Limited / Google LLC (Google Workspace: corporate email, and Google Sheets and Google Drive where form records are kept), Cloudflare, Inc. (website hosting, domain and security services), Adobe Inc. (Adobe Fonts typeface service) and OpenFreeMap (data for the map on the contact page; loaded only with your consent).

Because the servers of the service providers mentioned above are located abroad, your personal data may be transferred abroad under Article 9 of the KVKK. The transfer is made by meeting one of the conditions provided in the Law (an adequacy decision, appropriate safeguards or, in other cases, the data subject’s explicit consent) and only to the extent necessary for providing the service. Your data is collected by automatic or partly automatic means through website forms, email, phone and messaging applications.

Under Article 11 of the KVKK, you can exercise the following rights by applying to the data controller:

• To learn whether your personal data is processed,
• To request information if it has been processed and to learn the purpose of processing,
• To know the third parties to whom it is transferred, at home or abroad,
• To request correction if it has been processed incompletely or incorrectly,
• To request deletion or destruction and to request that this be notified to the third parties to whom it has been transferred,
• To object to a result against you arising from the analysis of processed data exclusively by automated systems,
• To request compensation for damage if you suffer harm because of unlawful processing.
